Only 2 days until the power of scotland show. Thai line-up looks great and the 3 MMA bouts are excellent with Paul Mcveigh, James Doolan and John Nicolson fighting. Gonna be a cracking day and I get to see the action close up as im refereeing the MMA bouts. My cracked rib is healing good and I can now run and lift light weights without screaming, lol !!!

Im up at a shit hour, but I feel great for some reason? Could be the fact that the asshole listening to his ipod at full volume fell off the bus this morning? And If I hear that fucking high pitched techno squawking pish one more time, someone's getting their ipod rammed up their arse until the earphones are hanging out their mouth.

Im at work, bored out my mind, scanning the sites to check out any previews/interviews on the weekends UFC . My head tells me Tim Sylvia is going to beat Randy Couture but it would make my day if Randy GnP'd him into retirement. (no offence Tim but your last 2 fights have put me to sleep). Want to see Franklin and Hughes come back strong, especially Franklin as the beating he took off Silva was pretty bad. Not that getting kicked in the head by GSP is great fun either!!
